It is hard to think of a more prestigeous and refined sport than golf. The game has risen from a pastime of shepherds, who in 12th century Scotland began to knock stones into rabbit holes, to a gentleman's hobby - proficient golfers earn great respect in many societies. To become a great golfer, the same basic rules apply as to any given sport: It requires periods of intense practice and insightful, solid coaching.
In this day and age, it is not surprising to find that the most prominent source of information and guidance is the Internet. The abundance of material found online ensures, that one hardly ever runs out of material - the plethora of information is even so big, that one gets easily confused and cannot see the difference between what really matters and what could be called inane details. A lot of so-called 'coaching tips' are unmoderated and work of amateurs, who call themselves authorities. This is why it is vitally important to find sources of material that are both composed by real experts and backed up by solid, testimonial evidence.
This is why I compiled a list of golf online lessons, that deserve my unshaken trust and sport spotless credibility. None of these courses are free, but as the saying goes - no pain, no gain. I for one wouldn't waste my precious time and efforts on advert-riddled, unmoderated sites with little to no credentials.
So, on to the interesting part of this site: The list.
